About the Authors

There is indeed a fresh perspective from enthousaistic high school students when it comes to writing a digital reference. All attending Victoria Park C.I. located in Toronto, Ontario for the rigorous I.B. program, Turing is their fascination and encouragement. Featured on three Touque.ca sub-sites, you can read our article "Local Authors Publish First Book." For other works, visit our Computing Technologies articles on the same subsite or even our printer reviews. Surely, you will not be dissapointed.

Authors' Acknowledgements

A special shoutout to Brian He and Osama Ahsan that endured continious work on this tremendously helpful reference book, as well as calls around the clock. Special thanks to my partner in crime Govind Nair who's inquisitivity and curiousity about repitition and Turing inspired us. Creating the wiki was very helpful, Govind. Finally, a colossal thank you to none other than Michael Arkin (A.K.A. Mr. Arkin), without whom this mini-cyclopedia would not have been possible.

About Touring Turing

A series of references written to challenge the curious beginner programmer, the TouringTuring series is meant to be an inspiration to beginner programmers to start coding basic information in the Turing Programming Language. Despite following a vague sequence, an average beginner with absolutely no prior knowledge of programming could crack open a book and be immersed with Turing. In only a matter of days, he or she would have no problem coding numerous executable statements. This may seem complicated at first, however, let your curiousity let you take the first step in your endeavours.

We are proud of this book. To send your comments or questions in, e-mail comp.sci.culminating@gmail.com. Other inspirations that fueled our hunt for the perfect Turing archive included Tasfia Tas, a colleague and friend as well as Lisa Xiao, which also endured around the clock telephone calls and emails.
