DOS Help examples

If you don't know how to use a particular DOS command, get help by typing

• the command followed by “/?”, or
• the keyword help followed by the command.

The forward slash identifies a command-line argument, and in DOS is usually called a switch. Here are two examples:

• ch /?
• help ch
