Like everyone else in the class, I'm in the IB program. What this means is that some of my classes are “special” IB classes. These classes are apparently harder than normal applied and academic classes. All of the core courses are IB, so for this semester I have IB Math and IB Science.
I like to think of Open classes as the mixing pot of people. This is where people from all different programs come together to interact. I love this class, because I finally get to meet some non-IB people. Open courses are strings, band, drama, woodworking, visual arts, vocal, and all other non-core subjects. The only Open course I have this semester is Visual Arts.
There is one weird class I have that isn't IB or Open. This is the Computer Science course. This course isn't IB, but is at the grade 10 level. It's an Open course, but only has IB students...
