Chemistry: Atoms, Elements, and Compounds

In our Chemical unit, we will be looking at what social, environmental, and economic effects that humans can make with the common use of elements and compounds. This obviously also has to be in relation to their properties; physical and chemical. Another incorporation of this subject is the Periodic Table of Elements. One would also have to show demonstration and understanding of the properties of common elements and compounds. This is just a broad picture of what's to be expected in our Chemistry unit.

Physics: The Characteristics of Electricity

In our physics unit, we will be focusing on energy conservation, costs, and benefits with developing energy sources. We will also be looking into static versus current electricty and their properties. Not to mention the quantitative relations in between the current, potential difference, and drawbacks in electrical circuits. Through this unit, a lot of inquiry is to be expected. Now I believe that's the main summary to this physics unit.

Chemistry Set

Course Overview

This Semester, we're expected to incorporate four different science units. You've already read about the first two from the previous page I presume, along with the ones here. And so, in summarization, the four units are; chemistry, physics, biology and space. We'll be expecting to learn a total of 30 hours per unit, except for space, which only has a total of 20 hours. Well, that's all you'll have to be expecting for the whole semester!
